Capoeira Zoador Thailand
Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 31 July 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Capoeira Zoador Thailand’s websites and related services, including the public site at capoeira.in.th, online booking requests, the student portal at student.capoeira.in.th, and communications through our official channels. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
Capoeira Zoador Thailand is a Capoeira school in Bangkok offering classes (including Capoeira Fundamental and CAPO-KIDS), events (such as jam sessions, meetups, and batizado), and related community activities at our Thailand branches.
2. Services covered
Our digital services include:
- Public marketing pages, schedules, news, and branch information.
- Online requests to book a seat for a scheduled class or event (subject to staff confirmation).
- Student portal access for eligible package students (accounts created by staff).
- Admin tools used only by authorized school staff.
- Transactional emails related to bookings and portal accounts.
3. Booking requests
Submitting a booking request does not guarantee a place until our staff confirms it. Capacity is limited; pending requests may be confirmed or cancelled by the school.
You must provide accurate contact details. We may contact you by email, phone, or LINE regarding your request.
As communicated in our booking flow, you can typically join without paying in advance; payment for that session is arranged after the session or as instructed by staff. Event entry fees (for example certain meetups) may apply as stated for that event.
There is no self-service cancel button on the public site. To change or cancel a booking, contact us promptly using the details below or via LINE / in person.
4. Classes, events, and physical activity
Capoeira involves physical movement, music, and partner play. You participate at your own risk. You should consider your health and fitness, inform instructors of relevant limitations, and follow safety instructions at the studio.
We may refuse participation or ask someone to leave a session if needed for safety, respect, or disruption of the class environment.
Schedules, locations, instructors, and event details may change. We will try to communicate material changes through the website, email, or messaging channels when practical.
5. Packages and student portal
Course packs (for example 5 or 10 sessions) are sold through the school — typically in person — and may include time-limited validity and portal access while the package is active, as explained by staff and on our site.
Student portal accounts are created by authorized staff for eligible students. You must keep login credentials confidential and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Portal content (movements, songs, review materials, and similar) is for personal learning by the account holder and may not be redistributed, scraped, or shared publicly without our permission.
6. Pricing
Prices for trials, drop-ins, meetups, and course packs are those communicated by the school (including posted pricing materials and staff confirmation). Online systems may record amounts for administration; displayed marketing prices can change.
We do not currently process card or online gateway payments on our websites. Payment methods are as instructed by staff (usually in person).
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our sites or APIs — including attempting unauthorized access, disrupting services, submitting false booking information, harassing staff or other participants, or using automated scraping in a way that harms our systems or content rights.
8. Intellectual property
School branding, logos, photos, videos, written content, and learning materials on our sites and portals remain our property or that of our licensors. You may not copy or commercially reuse them without permission, except for normal personal viewing or sharing of public marketing pages as the platform allows.
9. Minors
Parents or guardians are responsible for bookings and consent for children who attend kids programs or other classes. Portal and messaging tools are intended for adults or guardians acting on a child’s behalf where appropriate.
10. Third-party services and links
Our services may link to or rely on third parties (for example Meta, LINE, YouTube, maps providers, hosting, email, and database providers). Their terms and privacy practices apply to your use of those platforms.
11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the websites, inability to obtain a confirmed booking, schedule changes, or interruption of portal access.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including for fraud or personal injury caused by our negligence where such exclusion is prohibited.
12. Privacy, cookies, refunds
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Cancellations and refunds are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Thailand, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
